2. Courses & Enrollment

2.1 Course Offerings

CCSC: 7-day online program — ₹1,999 one-time
MCDM: 2-month program + 1-month internship — ₹8,999 one-time

2.2 Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment. Your dashboard account is activated within 24 hours and you receive confirmation on WhatsApp.

2.3 Course Access

Content is delivered via the student dashboard at thriveskilltech.com. Mentorship and assignments are via WhatsApp.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via Razorpay. We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking and Wallets. All prices include applicable taxes.

4. Certificates

Certificates are issued digitally after completing all modules and assignments. Thrive Skill Tech does not guarantee employment or specific income outcomes.

5. Student Responsibilities

Provide accurate information during registration
Do not share your login credentials
Do not copy, distribute or resell course content
Submit original assignment work
Behave respectfully with mentors and staff

6. Intellectual Property

All course content and website material is owned by Thrive Skill Tech. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

We provide educational content only. Results depend on individual effort and external factors. We do not guarantee specific income or job placement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bhandara, Maharashtra.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. Payments are handled by Razorpay — we never store card or banking details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share only with: Google Firebase (storage), Razorpay (payments), EmailJS (notifications), and legal authorities if required by law.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. Contact us at tst2026@thriveskilltech.com.

6. Children

Our courses are for students aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. Please read this policy before enrolling. Payment confirms you have read and agreed to this policy.

1. Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of enrollment. After this, no refunds are issued as course access is granted immediately.

2. Eligibility

Eligible for refund:

Request within 3 days of enrollment
Less than 20% of course content accessed
Certificate not yet issued
Genuine reason (technical issue, wrong course, etc.)

Not eligible:

More than 3 days since enrollment
Significant course content accessed
Certificate already issued
Change of mind after accessing content

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

5. Course Transfer

Within 7 days you may request a course transfer (CCSC to MCDM or vice versa). Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
